From an Idea to a Final Image
I invite you to join me for a masterclass, where I will teach you everything about my art process, from start to finish.
I will show you how I come up with my ideas and then how I prepare for a photo session, select the right team for it, prepare the lights in the studio, direct the client and then work on the post processing of the image to achieve my vision.
This workshop is for all who want to learn what it takes to create beautiful portraits. Make your portraits stand out!
From how to pose and style your clients, set up your lights to image editing- you will learn it all!
It is very important to have a well lit and well composed image, for post processing, therefore we will spend a good chunk of time learning techniques that will work for each image.
Workshop Program
1. Introduction
9AM - 10AM Greetings and introduction. We will talk about composition, styling, lights, equipment and important tips
2. Portrait Photography
10AM– 1PM – Session with two models. Creating concepts, learning how to get the best results and communicate your ideas both to a child model and an adult model. Setting up the perfect light and mood.
3. Catered Lunch
1PM – 2PM -Locally catered lunch included in the price. Time to relax, chat with eachother and get ready for the second part of the day.
4. Retouching Time
2PM – 4PM- In this portion of the class, I will walk you through my retouching workflow and teach you how to achieve painterly style, without over editing your images, using filters or textures.
5. Q&A
4PM - 5PM – Time to ask questions and wrap up the day.
