We have significantly changed the format of our group classes to make everyone as comfortable as possible all while learning.
This Masterclass feels more like a private one to one class than a group class with 5 or less maximum number of participants and is virtual.
From an Idea to a Final Image
I invite you to join me for a masterclass, where I will teach you everything about my art process, from start to finish, with emphasis on painterly retouching.
I will show you how I come up with my ideas and then how I prepare for a photo session, select the right team for it, prepare the lights in the studio, direct the client and then work on the post processing of the image to achieve my vision.
This workshop is for all who are curious to learn how to make their photographs look like paintings, how to pose and style their clients and what steps to take in post production that will give consistent results and style.
I will teach you how to set up your lights depending on the mood you that to achieve.
To achieve painterly look, It is very important to have a well lit and well composed image. In post processing we will spend a good chunk of time learning techniques that will work for each image.
Workshop Program
1. Introduction
3PM -4:00PM Greetings and introduction. We will talk about composition, styling, lights, equipment and important tips
2. Retouching Time
4:00PM – 5:30PM- In this portion of the class, I will walk you through my retouching workflow and teach you how to achieve painterly style, without over-editing your images, using filters or textures.
3. Q&A
5:30PM - 6PM – Time to ask questions and wrap up the day.
